We offer advice on divorce and financial matters relevant to marriage breakdown, separation, property disputes where people are not married, domestic violence, and children matters such as residence and contact disputes, social services involvement, care proceedings, emergency applications and adoption.

We can also advise on pre nuptial agreements. No matter what area of family law you need advise on we have an experienced lawyer with the right expertise to assist you.

In all cases we strive to ensure that the advise we give is clear, cost effective, thorough and sensitive to you and your family’s needs.

We'll advise you, where necessary, on the most effective legal action to take and see you through that and we can also help by directing you to other specialist support services and organisations where needed, such as women's shelters, counselling and mediation services.

Because we have a Legal Aid Franchise for all types of work in Family Law if you are on a low income or in receipt of benefits we can assess your financial eligibility for legal aid.

If you are not entitled to legal aid because your income is too great then we can talk to you about arranging a sensible payment plan of your legal fees that you can afford.

We already offer a reduced rate initial diagnostic interview of up to an hour’s advice with a solicitor followed by a written report for the fee of £95.00, inclusive of VAT. We think this is a great way to start your working relationship with us if you are not sure what you want to do. We can discuss the options with you and the costs of  each.

To help you budget, we offer many of our services on a FIXED FEE basis. We fix the figure and the terms. You know what you are paying. We know what you want us to do. Simple and clear. We also offer a ‘Check and Send’ service where you bring us the forms you have completed, we check them over and tell you what you need to do. You pay for the time you are with the solicitor and then run your case yourself. Of course, if you want to hand it all over to us, we offer our Bespoke Service. Again you only pay for what you use but we run the case for you. There are lots of ways for you to get the advice you need within your budget. Talk to us and we’ll see what would be best for you.
