Background
David Parker has been practicing as a Licensed Conveyancer since they were introduced in 1987, having been a Legal Executive for many years before that. He joined Jefferies Solicitors Essex in 1998, having previously run his own extremely successful practice – David Parker and Co. As a senior conveyancer, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice.
In Work
David and his team cover all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages, and buy to let properties. David is committed to providing a personal, high-quality service to all of his clients, ensuring the transaction is dealt with speedily and efficiently. David and his team are dedicated to providing friendly and approachable service and ensuring their clients are always kept up to date and are available to answer questions and enquiries.
Outside Work
David lives locally to the firm with his family. He is a keen Formula 1 enthusiast and supports our local Southend United Football team. David also has a passion for music.
