Roy Daby joined Jefferies in 2001 as a Trainee, and was made a Partner in 2007. Roy has extensive Litigation and contractual law experience and specialises in Employment Law. He heads up the firms Employment team. Roy advises both employers and employees on all employment related issues, both simple and complex. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
In addition Roy is one of the few solicitors nationwide who is a Registered Lawyer under the F.A Football Agents Regulations and is therefore able to act for football clubs and players on transfers and related transactions. He is also a member of the British Sports Law Association and able to advise on all sports related issues.
