Callie Tuplin



Callie studied at the University of Kent at Canterbury and continued her education by completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University. Callie also obtained her Masters at Anglia Ruskin whilst undergoing her training contract. She has specialised in property law since she qualified in 2010.

In Work

Callie practices in all aspects of property law including both residential and commercial transactions. She also deals with various landlord and tenant issues including new leases, lease extensions both voluntary and statutory, right to manage and collective enfranchisement claims acting for both leaseholders and landlords.

Outside Work

Callie lives in Chelmsford and enjoys participating in an established choir, rehearsing weekly and performing all over the county to raise money for charity. She’s also had the opportunity to perform at both Disney Land Paris and New York City.
