Background

Dhammika studied law at University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and continued her education by completing the Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at University of Bournemouth. Dhammika obtained her Masters in environmental law at University of Auckland, New Zealand. For the first four years of her career, before coming to the UK, she worked as a lawyer for the Policy Planning Division of the Ministry of Environment, Republic of Seychelles.

She has specialised in property law and litigation since she qualified in 2008.

In Work

Dhammika specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales & purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages & buy-to-let properties.

Outside Work

Dhammika lives in Chafford Hundred, Essex with her husband and her little daughter which takes up most of her time. In her spare-time she loves reading history & astronomy books and traveling around the world.
