Katrina is originally from Luton. She studied law at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree class 2.1.
Katrina joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2012.
Katrina’s background was originally in commercial property work, and she now specialises in commercial and corporate transactions.
Katrina has in excess of 15 years’ experience in advising on commercial transactions generally. She has a very varied caseload with a more unusual mixture of commercial and commercial property work.
In respect of commercial transactions, she particularly focuses on trade sales and acquisitions whether by way of share sales or asset sales.
She is also very experienced in advising on joint venture agreements whether through advising on the corporate governance documentation of special purpose vehicles or more traditional joint venture arrangements.
In respect of commercial property work Katrina focuses on commercial leases and development work.
Katrina enjoys books, live music, the theatre, good food and good company!
Katrina is a trustee for Lady McAdden Breast Screening Trust.
